On top of our service desk, we offer different support models as well. Please contact us to discuss a custom-made offering. We don’t do off the shelve services. We know every customer has its own needs, and that’s why we create custom made support models.
Our Service Desk is based in Kontich (Antwerp) and is manned by experienced professionals.

Engineer resources
This service offers the possibility to call upon ARYX consultants for the support of the client's ICT department.
A package of days is purchased, with which consultants can be requested ad-hoc, or scheduled at regular intervals (e.g. monthly). For each new request, ARYX will schedule a consultant in the first available time slot.
